Build to Launch Scheduler Guide
Use the btl-tools scheduler to batch-schedule content from the Build to Launch workflow.
Overview
The btl-tools scheduler is a companion workflow for creators in the Build to Launch ecosystem. It connects QVN's note generation with a content calendar optimized for consistent daily posting.
Setting up the btl workflow
From the QVN app, go to Settings → Integrations and enable 'Build to Launch mode'. This adds a 'Send to btl scheduler' button on the results page.
Batch scheduling
After generating notes from an article, select the ones you want to keep, then click 'Send to btl scheduler'. The scheduler distributes them across your next available posting slots — typically one per day.
Customizing the schedule
In btl-tools (tools.buildtolaunch.ai), open the scheduler to see your full queue. Drag to reorder, adjust individual times, or mark certain slots as high-priority for content you want posted sooner.
Analytics integration
After each note is posted, QVN tracks impressions and engagement from the Substack API. The btl dashboard shows which formulas and types perform best across your content history.
