Welcome to Quick Viral Notes ("QVN," "we," "us," or "our"). By using QVN, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms as our platform evolves and will communicate significant changes by email or in-app notice.

QVN is an AI-powered platform that helps Substack creators generate viral social media notes from their articles. Our platform includes:

• AI note generation from Substack article URLs using a TYPE-FORMULA pipeline
• Knowledge Bank for storing and browsing past extracted insights
• Chrome extension for scheduling and posting notes directly to Substack
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration for use with Claude, Cursor, and other AI tools
• Subscription plans with monthly and yearly credit allocations

You must be at least 13 years old to use QVN. By using our Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use QVN to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Submit URLs to content you do not have rights to process
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API
• Share your account credentials or API keys with others
• Use QVN in ways that violate Substack's Terms of Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.

You retain ownership of the notes and content generated through QVN. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any article URLs for processing. QVN is not responsible for copyright issues arising from content you submit.

The QVN Chrome extension posts notes to Substack on your behalf using your Substack session cookies. By using the extension, you authorize QVN to take posting actions in your Substack account as directed by you. You can revoke this at any time by uninstalling the extension or logging out.

QVN is not affiliated with Substack. Use of the extension must comply with Substack's Terms of Service.

QVN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated notes may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not reflect your intended message. You are responsible for reviewing and editing notes before publishing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QVN and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your credits and generated content are no longer accessible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
